Q: I signed up online via Living Social. How do I use my voucher?
If you signed up for the 4-lesson beginner salsa class, starting May 2nd, 2012, those classes will be held Wednesdays, from 6:30-7:30 pm, and the beginning of the month thereafter. If you purchased a 5-lesson or a 10-lesson punch card, then you can take any of our classes at any time, except Zumba classes. <top>
Q: Are private lessons available?
Yes,
private lessons are available depending on instructor availability.
It is recommended that you take private lessons occasionally
to
fine-tune
your

You will receive one-on-one personal attention. You
will learn tips on technique and styling that the instructor
may not
have
time
to
teach in
a group
class.

Q: Do I need to bring a partner?
No. Bringing a partner is not necessary. Students rotate periodically
throughout the class to ensure that everyone gets a chance
to practice their moves. But if you have a partner, and prefer to
dance with your partner only, that is okay too. <top>
Q: I am interested in joining your dance team. How can I join?
We
are always looking for salsa dancers who are enthusiastic
and excited about learning and can also commit to rehearsals
at least once a week. If you have experience performing
or if you have been dancing salsa or another dance for at least
one year, come join us. Auditions
are held once a year. Feel free to contact us or approach the
staff about your interest. <top>

Q: Where can I go dancing?
There are salsa clubs in Sacramento throughout the week. If you are serious about learning, take quality instruction and spend a lot of time practicing and social dancing. As an alternative to the club/bar scene, we
have socials periodically at our studio for students not
yet ready or wanting to go to the clubs. Our
socials/dances are family oriented and fun. Be sure to join our newsletter for up-to-date news and events. <top>

Comfortable clothing. You will be moving around alot, so anything
you
are
comfortable moving around in. Please do not wear flip-flops, sandals, etc.<top>
